I'm watching this guy play Amnesia

That game is terrible, 85% of it involves you just running away from something or hiding in cupboards, gets so repetitive so fast.

Amnesia freaked me. Too many unknowns. In a game I like to be able to know my surroundings and what's in it, then plot accordingly. Amnesia makes everything creepy or move every five seconds that I just can't get a grip and that scares me.

I stopped playing as soon as I saw part of the first monster. Literally squeeled out loud and closed the game. I have never done that before, literally lost my manhood right there and then.

 

The game did not scare Kitty, Kitty scared the game so hard into self-erasing itself.

She must be resistant to scares of these what with all of the adventures into the hundred million abandoned castles all lined up around those lochs.

 

I didn't even play Amnesia after I saw Tobuscus playing it. Scared the crap out of me.

 

Tobuscus is one of the worst let's players on youtube, iJustine may be the only thing worse than him.

And I love Tobuscus, but he's awful at games.

 

Oh God yes, he's terrible haha, but he's so average gamer that when I watch his gameplay videos it makes me feel better about my game skills. I love him to death though, met him in Austin last year at SXSW

 

Definitely. He even admits that he sucks at games.
But it makes it more amusing to see him fail.

 

I also don't like that he plays all games as "tobuscus" and not as Toby if you get what I mean, his character gets just irritating stretched across an 90 part playthrough.

Let's Plays are not about flawless execution, they're about dozens of hilarious failures. Skilled gamers are not fun to watch for more than the length of about six videos of Devil May Cry DMD SS. And possibly a few combo videos. At least he's funny.

He could stand to chop up the dull spots though
