Help I'm trying to download the KH cutscenes and it aint working

every time i got to download any of the cutscenes from any of the KH games it goes to mediafire and when i click to download it my windows media player pops up and says that there's an error. it doesnt even pop up that its downloading. it just skips and goes to WMP. and i knw it isnt my comp and WMP cuz i've downloaded cutscenes of other games from other sites and they play. and i reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally want to download the KH cutscenes cuz i wanna make a video. so,help plz?

 

Instead of left clicking on download try to right click and select "open the link in a new window".
If that doesn' t work then right click on download, select "save link destination as" and check which kind of files that makes you save : .htm or .wmv ?

 

It sounds like your browser is opening the files instead of downloading them and saving them. Go into your settings, there should be something like this (it may change depending on your browser, I use Firefox):

 

i use Google Chrome cuz firefox was giving me problems.

 

Okay, I just gave the cutscenes a try in Google Chrome and it works fine for me. Go into your settings (the little button to the top right, under the 'x'), and select 'Options'. Go to the Under the Hood tab, and check this box:

Try clicking the button in there too, to clear your auto-opening settings. Then, try downloading a cutscene. Save it to your hard drive somewhere, and open it now. Does it work?

Are you sure they are not saved at the folder you specified?
Change the destination to your desktop to be sure, and clear auto-opening settings to be sure...

 

Try this: Right click the "click here to start download" Link on mediafire, click "Save link as", save it in your desktop and try to open it. If that doesn't work it's probably windows media player, download VLC, it's much better anyway, then try that.
