I'm Starting To Feel Uncomfortable..

About how everyone feels with my name change. I need to get this out, but it's annoying me how people send me private messages or saying in threads that I go on that they liked my old name and want me to change it back. I like it this way, and I need a change in lifestyle and as small as it is I thought a name change might help [I also want a siggy change as this one doesn't suit me well, sorry Val and Amber loves you]. I have changed this past year and I was kind of getting sick of the name.

A lot of people have gotten their name change [one person in particular, he knows who he is] and they aren't getting this criticism. I just want my opinion to be counted, especially since it's my account.

I'm sorry if I sounded harsh but I needed to let it out

I think the main problem is that Angels need Flight was such a warm name. Along with the avatar and siggy, it made you seem like you were really friendly, and it just sent that message to me.

I have one question though. When you say you need a Sig and Avvy change, do you mean from Sweetest Music, or to it?

I didn't even realize you had a name change. People change their nicks so much I just tend to try to hope I can keep up. I like the nick and if it makes you happy, that's the most important thing. If others don't get it at first, they will adapt.

Everyone needs a change now and then and if you felt you outgrew it, then you did. Really, you don't have to justify to others why, ya know. I think they will be happy to just know you did explain it and that the change is done. Those who miss the old nick aren't adapting to the more mature you. They will certainly come around though.

 

At first I didn't know it was you. But I like this new name, it's cool.

No problem. But yeah, I had no idea who you were, I saw your new username in my buddy list and I was like, "Who is that?" So I did what I usually do when I want to find out who someone whose username changed is, I checked your user notes. That's how I found out who you were. ^_^

As many other people have said before, it's your name and you can do whatever the hell you want with it. Personally, both your names, the pervious and current, are fantastic. It shows emotion, unlike other names. And I love it, yes I do.

But anyways, whatever people say negatively about you to your name, just tell 'em the same thing and I'm sure you'll get them off your back. And if that doesn't help, don't hesitate to let me know. I'll be there to support you. <3​
