Help Im not getting PM notifications via email

    I know my email works, I get emails from everywhere else, but the last few days I haven't been getting PM notifications via email. I checked in my user cp and it is checked for sending an email... Anything to do with the site?

    I do get notifications on the site when I refresh, naturally. It's just a query if there's something up with the site not sending sheeeeet to my email.

    Unfortunately, I'm still not getting e-mail notifications at all, so I can't tell you if it's just you or not.

    Are you getting them for thread replies?

    You want to try enabling that to see if it's notifications in general or only PM notifications?

    Yeah I know there's an issue with our emails going out, haven't quite got a chance to implement the possible fix I may have found because I wanted to do it on a day where I could sit and judge the results. Depending on my work schedule I'll hopefully be able to do it this weekend.

    My inbox is full of emails from PM's, because I use them like groups. No problem with it here either. I'm using MSN. @live.com

    No issues with getting the notifications. Maybe it's just a problem with specific email providers?

    Have you tried just making an msn account, and setting that as your email? Seeing as i've had no problem with recieving email from the site using msn, you may want to try that and see if it works. That way you could just have an account specifically for KHV notifications. You can also download the messenger from live essentials and get live notifications of an email being added.

    I have a Yahoo! e-mail, and it works on there, but not on my Charter account.

    As I said in another thread, it was working perfectly fine until we moved to XenForo. However, Misty said their e-mail did not change, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

    Could be a problem with Charter not wanting to accept emails from KH-V now that it's XenForo. Might be something with the way they get sent out. If you can use your yahoo email, I don't really see the need to worry about this. In my experience, any internet service providers email software is unreliable. I always use msn.

    Changed some settings, I think a lot of the emails were being automatically flagged as Spam and weren't even showing in Junk folders. I still want to give it a few hours and then I'll check the error logs but so far all of my test emails have been working.
