    They are not using him because one of the games takes place while he is asleep in the pod, and another game is while he is like 4 years old. Do you want to pay a whole game as a 4 year old or a sleeping person?

    No worries, he's not gone. It's just that we won't see him for a couple o' years... Square Enix and Nomura are working busily on the sidestories and other games...

    Where did you get the idea that Sora will be gone for good from? Heck, he's the one who defeated both Xehanort's nobody and heartless, so naturally everyone will be turning to him if trouble arises again. Not only that, but the letter Sora gets in the ending video of KH II is a dead giveaway that his story is not over.

    The new handheld games prepare us for Kingdom Hearts III in the same way CoM prepared us for Kingdom Hearts II. Sora is just taking a break from being in the spotlight all the time and although I like Sora as a character, I think it's a good idea to let other characters shine. That, and BBS and 358/2 Days explain things in a manner that wouldn't be possible if Sora was the main character.

    Sora will be back; Nomura isn't stupid, he doesn't want to upset the fans.

    Sorry for going off topic for a second.


    Anyway, it would be impossible for Sora not to be in KH3 unless they kill him off somehow in the side stories, which is impossible.(TIME PARADOX!)

    it's nice to use different characters in a story or else it'll get boring
    besides everyone likes Sora it would be a suicide to take him out

    um... yeah... about that... I hated the english version so I blew his brains out at close range with a shotgun. SRRY!!! didn't now u liked him so much or somezing.

    Also,(i didnt read the entire forum, so i haz no clu if it siad already) Sora has been refered to as the Key. More than once.

    Quoted for truth. Sora's the main reason for the continued existence of the series, and I know that I, for one, would boycott the series if, God forbid, he wasn't in another game.
