    Not wicked enough. Though they were a lot better than many 'villains' on this list, they were not top villain material. I stand by that.

    Well, when you look at the way GameDynamo put it . . .​
    I think that Master Xehanort is at the very least, top 20 of greatest villains.​

    I'm very disappointed with the list. IGN really needs to decide on what a villain is and stick with it. There's a difference between a villain and an antagonist. One isn't always the other. Sephiroth, Ganondorf, and GlaDOS are villains. Mike Tyson and Gary Oaks are not. Opposing the hero/protagonist isn't the only thing that makes a person a villain. I'm also disappointed that some of my favorite villains weren't on the list. Where's Ghetsis? Dr. Weil? Porky? Xehanort(and all of his incarnations)? Mithos Yggdrasil? Sin? I could go on...

    Oh wow, how could they not include Xehanort?! Come on, that guy is as much a villain as Sephiroth :(

    I agree though that many on the list are not exactly villains but more nuisances, rivals, negative forces, etc.
