I have a RL friend that is homeless. So I would hug him.

 

I'd offer them tuna and ham.

I'd do what I normally do when I see someone homeless, get them food and drink. ^^ Cause at least I helped them, they might not give a crap, but meh I don't care how unthankful they are, I'll still get them something.

Heh....well.....honestly.......I would keep walking because .......I'm not a people person and i'm really shy.......and.....I don't want to attract attention because I have a high moral(which is far from the truth) if I did give them some change...but yeah...I agree with everyone....they could use it for alcohol and weed......but.....it is recommended give them money anyway...why?....Because the guy could be Jesus undercover! (not my joke.....saw it on Last Comic Standing.......don't look at me that way......)
