Render needs sharpening. The main color you chose is honestly quite ugly. It's like vomit green. Next time just leave the render in it's origional color a choose colors that compliment it. The pentooling messes with the flow, honestly you should stop relying on it and try some other effects. This tag has no other foreground effects besides the pentooling. Also the border doesn't do much for you.

 

The renders are way too dark and the lines around them they bug me maybe you should remove those and make the renders brighter.The border is pretty cool but other than that I don't really like this =/.​

 

alright, got rid of the green(i recently found the "fractal explorer")....got rid of the tentacles.....put in splatter brushes for foreground....and added vectors, one to each side, recolored rainbow

the little vectors...they dont seem to blend in with the whole picture.

but everything else looks better, just remove that and put something that blends a bit better.

Get rid of those other effects, keep the splatters though. Maybe blur them a bit since they steal the spotlight from the focal. Also, sharpen the render. And is the render primarily BW or did you convert it to grayscale?

 

the render is untouched, its in color....and i already tried to sharpen it, sharpening doesnt do anything

 

If the render looks like that I suggest either finding a new one or making the whole tag BW.
