You don't even need a rom to do it. You can do it on the regular cartridge without hacking into it.

The truck part you can use with no codes, but there's now Mew, but there is a way to get Mew without codes by something similar to Missingno.

 

I remember this.
When I found out, I started my game over just to get Mew because I already fought that one trainer....I was about to face the Elite four.

 

I don't have cheat genie or a working blue and red version. The game card freezes randomly. I'd have to get an emu all over again and find blue/red version

Everybody knew about the missingno glitch in the Red/Blue games when they came out because it was an awesome glitch. Missingno would appear as either a lvl 0 ditto or a lvl 140+ glitched box thing who eventually levels straight down to 100. The video's you'll find are all on emulators because nobody is stupid enough to waste time recording themselves playing on their gba.

I've done this on my Blue version. You don't fight any trainers on the boat and after you get Cut you fight a trainer and lose on purpose to black out into the pokecenter. SS will never leave the harbor and once you get surf you can come back and use surf to find the truck but you can't do anything to the truck.

 

Yeah you get it in Curlean City without battling. you talk to 3 random people and walk around nugget bridge

My first pokemon video game was the pokemon trading card game video game so what you got is newer than that

 

Pokemon Red/Blue came out in 1996 or if you want to get technical 1998 for America. The trading card game came out in 2000 in America. Troll harder please.
