In all honesty, I would write down Lil Wayne. He is a bad influence and cannot rap at all.

Nicolas Cage. His acting sucked in everything but Ghost Rider. National Treasure was alright, but it still could have been a lot better would they have chosen a better actor. He should definitely have NOT gotten a role in The Sorcerer's Apprentice.

I'd probably use it on someone who's outgrown their ego.

 

I would find the most influential person I could and have them commit suicide. I would have them write a detailed suicide letter and do everything in their power to amend any injustices that they have done. I would have them speak out in support of superior people to the public while announcing their own failure in detail. I would make full use of the twenty three days to do this.

I will make the most of this one death.
