    Like how Eren does it, after he saves Mikasa in titan form, he punches the head off of a titan but loses his hand in the process.
    Would that happen to a real live person if they could do that
    Or would they lose a lot more than just a hand

    This. To decapitate means to sever. A punch isn't really meant for severing; more so for blunt force. A chop or swipe, on the other hand (ha!) would work for decapitation.

    Well...maybe if you punched just the neck of someone?

    Also, I'd think that if you were able to effectively sever one's head, your hand should be able to withstand that same force you're exerting? I don't care to look up the physics of this personally >.>
