Yes, it is. You effects, as usual, are well done. Wuving it, really split. I was looking at it again when I noticed that the text really seems to fill up the space more, which I think is okay because of that blank space you have to the right. Good job on this one, Meh likes.

The far bottom right doesn't really fit in with the rest, so I say cut that out, and you'll have a pretty nice sig.

 

I happen to like the bottom right. The sig already has a large problem with neg space, if you take that out, it'd only exaserbate it. I would suggest a border of some kind, maybe cinema lines. And also, play with the coloring a bit, the orange x gray combination is the best color choice. Maybe a gradient map or two. Other then that the sig is great, text is wonderful as always, though a bit to large., maybe shrink it a bit? (Also, the drop shadow adds depth to the text, when the rest of the sig has very little, nice affect, but one I would not keep if you're going for a painting sort of feel.)

It's not bad, but in the lower left, the gray looks were. Like smudge,looks kinda weird once you see it. But it's good. ^__^
