I'd imagine ti would have a deep, more detailed story such as sometimes with their past the effcts of others then traumitizing the present.
Or maybe the game would go back into the true story of the characters and look back to their origins. See how their childhoods worked out.

It would have some swearing, action, more complicated enemies, hints of love and drama, and more of an RPG feel to every aspect of the game.

 

I would say it's just like what kingdom hearts 2 was rated.
just cartoon violence, and possibly they would just show some wine...
bowser holding wine, like what jack sparrow did just holding wine.
that's how kh2 became rated T.
so it's possible it might be like that.

 

I think it would be like the Mario from Robot Chicken, lol.

The series would end,and that wouldn't be fun.
Unless,Bowser comes back from the dead in the game after that one

 

There would be blood, and at the end of the level, Peach and Mario make-out.

 

And gets high on drugs. To the max

 

I think that Mario would be squishing enemies,but then blood comes out.Then there could be a love stream in the game.(A real one)And lastly,you would need a drug reference.Mushrooms are pretty much like it already.

I think that Peach would have more than just flatsville.

Possibly guns.

Possibly death in the storyline.

 

But that falls under "drug abuse/ usage"

 

I forgot,but I think that it would also have any mature weapons,possibly ones that keep it at a T rating.

 

Possibly use of a baseball bat and/or household items.
