    Look for stray pixels in it. Specifically around his hand in the bottom left corner. It is not a clean image.

    That would not do what I am talking about. This is image distortion. Lossy file type. Going from a .JPG to a .PNG is comparable to the difference between a 128kbps .WMA audio file and a .FLAC. The preservation quality is probably at about 80% for this .JPG, if my eyes are not deceiving me.
