My sister, being the self-centered female dog she is, was trying to set up the dvd player. In the process, she, ON PURPOSE, shoved my Xbox 360. I heard a whirling noise come my beloved machine. Thinking nothing of it at the time, I wento to my room. When my sister went to bed, I went to play my current favorite game, Infinite Undiscovery. To my utter horror, the game will not play. I opened up the disc tray and saw that it has three scratch marks. Not tiny scratch marks, scrach marks that go all the way around the disc.

So, is there anyway I can save my game? (note: I do not trust game cleaning machines. They are a rip off)

I don't think so. You could try and exchange the disk for another one.

Now, you may be able to trade it in and get another one free, or you may have to just go and buy a new one.

Toothpaste. I trust it with KH2.
cover the bottom of the disk (gently!) with toothpaste in a motion that moves clockwise around the disk, leave it to dry for a few hours. after dry, wipe it of (SUPER GENTLY!!! I CANNOT PRESS THAT ON YOU ENOUGH!) with windex or another household cleaner.
Why it works: the information for the game is on the sticker.

Some stores that sell games e.g; gamestop,GAME,etc either have repairing facilities or can refer you to a place to fix it.

    Get a disc/scratch doctor.
My COD4 wouldn't play some of the maps and I really didn't want to get a new disc, so I used mine. Saved me 20 bucks or so.

something like this happened to me once except as you may not know it says not to turn your console side ways while its on. it found out the hard way my friend turned it side ways for god knows why and it chopped my disk literally into 2 rings a inner and outer ring. it made me so pissed, at least yours is repairable >.<

i use car cleaning stuff for my cd's

but by the 3 scratches you say im guessing these are on the top with the design since that part is actually more important, like Hissy said, make her buy a new one

Why was your 360 running with a disk inside when you weren't playing it? Really bad idea.

Thats a good idea. But honestly, Infinite Undiscovery sucks, Lost Odyssey is better.
