So who here has played I Wanna Be The Guy?

For those who've never heard of of it, it is a platforming game, on the computer, that is so ridiculously hard that it's funny and very addicting. Surviving for three seconds, in that game, is quite a feat. you never know what's going to happen next, and the most random things will jump out and kill you.

The game has several video game parodies, making it interesting and fun. Once you get into it, you'll have a love, hate relationship with the game. The game can be downloaded, for free, online.

I personally haven't played the game, though I have watched people play it. Instead, I've played the fan game of I Wanna Be The Guy called, I Wanna Be The Fangame. It's just as good.

 

I'm probably one of the few people on this site who has beaten the whole game. I'm proud to say that I Am The Guy. Tons of fun, but you might go a little crazy.

Beat it on medium about a year ago (Kitty gave me a medal, yay!)
I got to the castle of the guy on hard but didn't feel like continuing for some reason, i could probably do it though.

I'd recommend it to everyone actually it's quite fun and will always give you a wtf-moment at every corner. Also all of the game references are awesome.

I don't even remember getting to Mike Tyson because I was so frustrated with the game. :v

 

I quite enjoyed the Tetris level. That part was sweet.

I have this game but I didn't get very far before I gave up. >>; I might pick it up again... Eventually. Maybe.
Also, I love how you can reduce the spray of blood when you die in the options XDD;. Very amusing.

 

I considered trying this game after a friend showed me it. I realize how absurd it actually was and I considered it impossible for me to beat. I know I'd give up.

 

There's a video on youtube of a guy who beat the game on impossible mode. That's pretty amazing if you ask me. that means he went through the whole game without saving (there are no save spots on impossible mode).
