Kingdom Hearts I thought Riku Was a Girl!!!

LOL. my big brother had just got the game. it was the theme song showing, and we saw riku in the water,right??? well, we all thought riku was a girl!!!! XD and my brother was saying,"if tht's a girl, that's a really buff girl!!" and then we were all shocked when we heard the voice, and it's all like,"I thought that dude was girl!!!" XD lol!!! it was hilarious!!!!!i think it was the hair that made us think he was a girl!!!!!

 

lol I thought he was a girl too :o, but thats probly cuz I didnt get into anime/manga until after i completed kh, so i wasnt used to the hairstyles. It was funny tho :]

 

Lol. i don't do that anymore, noe that i am used to anime/manga. but it cracked me up to think that riku was a girl!!!!! lol!

I knew Riku was a girl when I first saw him; mainly because I looked at his chest to check, but also because I had long hair, so I was used to that stuff :)

When we got KH2 (which was the first game we got) I instantly knew he was a guy though I can see why ppl would mistake him for a girl I'm mistaken for a boy sometimes

It was only for the Simple & Clean vid at the start of KH1. It was because I wasn't used to anime-styled hair, since I hadnt seen any anime or read any manga when I first played the game, so it was easy for me to think he was a girl because of his hair in that vid.

Also I found it funny when Riku takes the Cloak off and has a jacket showing his belly button XD

My friend thought that Riku was a girl. He's like that girl Riku is HOT! and I was like HE's a DUDE. and next thing I new his face looked like this.

ew, no. it was his hair. he really needs a trim o_O like Kairi's in the original. or when he was little. and he wears girl-like clothes. like when he was wearing a shirt that shows his belly button. that was girly. O_o

The only part of Riku that could be considered feminine at all is his hair/face, which also Sora has the same issue, but we all have come to expect spiky hair goes with males in FF. xD What's sad is I can remember having the same kind of pageboy haircut growing up at points in my life and I've had longish hair most of my life because in my culture it's not seen as a bad thing. So I knew he was a guy straight off. I mean, the muscles are so defined in Riku that I just could not even have fathomed he's a girl.
