I think I just saw the saddest part in Bleach

You never know, they might pull a Inuyasha and finish the anime later.
Being taken off the air hasn't stopped the abomination called Fairy Tail from returning...

 

Weren't there rumours last year that they were going to pull a Shippuden?

 

Not seeing how they can pull a shippuden when the only thing missing from the Bleach anime is its final arc.
If you're talking about Fairy Tail, that wouldn't make sense in my mind. All they did was end in the middle of a tournament, nothing of great significance happened to warrant a "shippuden." If Fairy Tail wanted a do a "shippuden" then they should have done that when they had their out of nowhere 7 year time skip...

 

I would be surprised if it doesn't return at some point, but as of now I don't know of any plans. There have been rumors, but nothing official.

 

Well, the rumour was that they're going to adapt the rest of the manga and label it "Part 2" or something. I haven't heard any follow-up on that, though, so it was probably just a rumour and nothing more. Beløw makes a good point that it'll probably return at some point, though.

 

Then that would be the shortest part 2 of a show I've heard of. Unless they plan on making 300 episodes of filler then make the final 50 or so eps on the final arc. XD

 

Why not just the final arc? Filler episodes are just to keep from overshooting the manga, and most shows are much shorter than 50 episodes anyway.

 

Just guessing, you said half so I added 350 or so eps to make it half. =P
In reality they would probably just adapt it into a 24 or 26 episode finale, in other words they would be pulling an Inuyasha.

I thought it was good buy Halcyon days or memories in the rain that you were mentioning.. when bleach was good.
But... i've seen too much, now I have to see the end of it, so I stick with the manga.

 

Oh no ;-; that episode. He is literally my favourite character and I haven't got there yet but I know what's coming and I don't want to get there!

 

I KNOW RIGHT!? When I read it in the manga I was completely and utterly shocked. I wish they could move heaven and earth to change what happened. If only they had the dragon balls to wish him back to life....or after life, if we really really want to get technical

 

I always wondered what happens to a Soul Reaper when they die? Since they are the dead anyway, I always assumed that their soul went back into the balance and they were reborn on earth... ;-; that is what I am hoping with him.

 

Yuppers, that's what happens. If you play Bleach: the Third Phantom, they actually explain how the cycle works, and early on when Uryu first showed up, they did explain that Quincies were destroying the balance of the cycle of rebirth since they were destroying the souls instead of just purifying them. So he'll probably end up as a person sooner or later.

Huh, took me a few times re-reading it to notice what you were talking about. I hate those kinds of sentences, where you have those double "nots", or whatever, and it just confuses you. It's like saying "Don't not do something", it's just completely obnoxious and confusing. I always have to relate it with multiplying positive and negatives, or rather, negatives and negatives, to be more specific.

 

I stopped caring about Bleach right around when this happened.

 

That's happened like 12 times, you need to be more specific.

 

I remember I used to watch Bleach, then I realized if I was watching it I might as well just drink it.

Also I mainly stopped because of the same thing Hayabusa pointed out.
