In the past 36 hours I've only had about 4 hours of sleep, and in the past 96 hours only 10 hours. I think. My counting's not working very well right now. I somehow feel fine though. It's strange. I was tired at about 5 am this morning, but since then I've felt nothing. When I did sleep it wasn't because I was tired, I kinda just closed my eyes and dozed for two hours. I don't know why this is but with my luck it will all hit me Monday morning.
like two years ago there was a point in time where i had folliculitis and i couldn't sleep because of it for four days straight. and if you don't know what folliculitis is, it's an infection of the hair follicles that makes your skin very goddamn itchy. it sucked.
I went to bed at 2:30-3 last night. Woke up at 7:30 in severe pain. Cried for several hours due to said severe pain and extreme mood swings.
Are you out for the summer? Your body may just be too happy that the work load is over for a couple months and temporarily put aside your bio clock =P. "sleep...who needs sleep" deal. Actually, I've done this before. But I had a lot on my mind at the time and thinking about everything constantly made me not tired whatsoever. So if you have had a lot on your mind recently, it can be a cause for sleeplessness. If you have taken any naps lately, that honestly could have thrown off your sleeping habit as well. You could also be facing insomnia. @.@
No, I have 30 days left. I don't really have a sleep schedule. Some nights I get 6 hours, some nights I get 2 hours, and some nights it's anywhere between. The only thing consistent about my sleep schedule is that a couple times a week I'll sleep for about 3 hours in the afternoon when I get home. I don't have anything on my mind, at least more than usual.
Ah I see. Well, as hatok said, I would definitely try to get some sleep. Being awake for long periods without sleep isn't good for you. Besides, you want to be all good to go after your 30 days! =)
