I would suggest you write one, but it'd be a waste of your time. Think of all the warnings you could give out for kicks and giggles in that time!

 

Warnings are for lower-class staff. When you're an admin, you don't need to bother with such trivialities; you can just delete the account entirely.

 

That's no fun. At least when they warn/ban they can be creative in their reason.
