I Really Need Help Here

I've had my ipod for 2 weeks, and it just froze on me ... i dont know why... how do i unfreeze it because im scared

 

yeah it happened ot me like 2 times
But dont be afraid .. just leave your i-pod for a day [don't touch it!] and it will eventually work fine ....

if it dose not work, take it back to the shop and ask them to fix it ... [but my i-pod always recovered after a day]

 

hat same problem happened to me. I would take it to an Apple store or chuck the iPod in a garbage can (thats what I did).

 

there's usually instructions that came with the ipod that tell you of a button combination to press if it freezes >.>, but other than that leave it til the battery dies and when you recharge it it'll be fine.

 

You can try to hook it up on the computer, if you want it to work soon (doesn't work always), or then just wait for the battery to run out.

 

All right, here's what you do.

1. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)

2. Press and hold the Menu and Center (select) buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears about 6 to 8 seconds.

If it doesn't work the first time, try it again. It might take a few tries to reset it.

 

i let the battery die, it worked okay after that... thanks

 

Yeah cuz if you plug it into the computer and don't eject before takin it off it freezes, no matter what.​

 

That happened to me the day after I got it.
Do you have the chromatic one? Because I know how to fix it.

XD; She said she got it fixed already.

But yeah. That's happened to me. I just let the batteries die and then just plugged it into my computer. Good as new.
