The cutout of you is really out of place and looks awfully sloppy. The cloud effects are bland and the lens flare is just plain abhorrent. The text effects are also not a very pretty sight to look at either. Sorry to be so harsh, but it really doesn't look like you spent much time on this at all, like you just threw filters all over it in some blind hope that you would get a good result. I suggest you look at some tutorials.
Not bad. ^^ *purrs* I'd like to see not a cutout but a full pic that fades into the background. ^^ That would work perfectly in this sig instead of cutting out a pic. So go ask someone and find out how to fade a pic into the background or if you already know, do it yourself. ^^ Good luck!
