It's interesting. The card system makes it so you have to watch how you attack all the time, as opposed to the other Kh's where you can button mash. The difficulty of the game is completely dependent on how well you adjust to the card system. I thought it was easy on Proud, beating all of the organization members in less than six or seven tries (I beat Vexen #2 on my first try), as opposed to Rosey who can't even beat the Card Soliders on Easy.

Will you like the Card System? Again, it depends. After getting used to the controls, I found it very smooth and functional; very easy to use with good customization. But really, how much you'll like this game completely depends on whether you like the card system or not. Seriously.

In other aspects, I found the worlds to be fairly repititive. The enemy variety was lacking at best, not to mention weak. Normal enemies can't even preform sleights or have 0 cards. And the majority of their attacks suck. Hell with it, only Cloud, Hades, and Hook, out of like 12 normal bosses, can even preform sleights. That's not to say the rest were a joke, but it really makes bosses kinda easy (At least they have 0s). The world's stories were lacking; they might have been more interesting if they were voiced, but I found myself skipping them for the most part. When they ARE voiced, in the case of in-between floors and some of the later levels, they're up to standard, but otherwise I wasn't remotely interested.

Difficulty depends, once again, on how well you like and can use the card system. Sadly, once you master the card system, the game gets very easy. There's no optional super bosses (Room of Power?), so once you beat Marluxia, you're basically done with Sora totally, unless you want to level up and make decks (if you're in the that sort of thing); or do some no damage runs. I was hoping Riku's game would be harder, but sadly this is not the case, seeing Riku is overpowered despite having a fixed deck. If you find it easy like I did, then do an 80 HP/low level run like I am. It does make the game harder. It doesn't sound like it, but I am very angry at how easy this game was.

Speaking of Riku, I didn't like his story as much as Sora's for one reason; no deck customization. That was one of the funnest things in the game for me, trying to make a perfect deck. If you're into that, then add a couple of points into the "+" side. If not, well, you'll enjoy Riku's story a lot; it may be fixed, but it's usually damn good (the exception, notably, is Wonderland, where you have NINE weak cards, which is annoying as hell).

So the major rant I have about this game is that it's somewhat repititive, and TOO DAMN EASY. For the love of god, could you not have thrown in Sephiroth? Or at least give normal bosses sleights? Or, hell with it, give normal enemies sleights? Is that too much to ask? Give us a challenge every few fights instead of every 2-3 hours for another Organization fight, which aren't even all that hard?

I'm going to stop now while I can. Hope you enjoy this game. ^_^

The card system is killing me, it takes away your freedom to move and fight when you choose. It's driving me insane. I get so frustrated easily...but other then that, everything else is awesome.

Voice acting, beyond crazy with little Sora of KH1 and Big Sora of KH2, the card battle system is open to other persuasions *shifty eyes :ninja:*, and of course, the whole card system is out of whack, it takes your freedom, your ability to attack the way you want, but hey, that's what makes it so interesting, you need to understand that all things will be different no matter what.

Re: Chain of Memories is basically a carbon copy of the original. If you liked it on the GBA, you'll like it on the Playstation 2. If you only played the GBA game for the story and detested the battle system, then you should just skip over the game. It adds nearly nothing new, aside from maybe the voice acting (which, let's be honest, is bad).

Its not just butten smashing. You godda keep an eye on your cards, know what to do at the right time, but make sure that you study your oppnents. Every boss in the game seems to have different attack styles (atleast the org. members and repliku do anyways), so you constantly have to observe and do whatever you can to win. Plus you have to learn all the different card combo's.

its definatly interesting since you have to put in a bit of stratagy into ur gameplay, unlike in kh1 and 2
