Imo, I'd get the Death Note one. The blue on the Fruits Basket one is just to "in your face" Besides, Death Note is far too amazing not to choose.
I've never been a fan of themed backpacks (or themed anything for that matter) because your obsession with them tends to fade. :/ The Ryuk one is the nicest though.
Death Note! I love the style and colors on that bag. The Fruits Basket bag is a bit bright, but more so than that I don't like the blue since it clashes harshly with Kyo and Yuki's colors in general. That bag would have looked better with a straight up grey color, or something along those lines, but the blue is over done. So yeah, go with the awesome Death Note bag! ^^
