I need recommendations for good study music. I wanna say instumental, but that makes you think of classical music, which is not what I'm looking for. I want something I would listen to normally, but without any lyrics to distract me. Like the background music in Bejewled 2 Deluxe.
Well..the only thing that pops on my head is anything by Joe Hisaishi and Kou Otani.It's sort of instrumental but hey,it helps to calm down the nerves. Ailes Grises - Kou Otani Riverside - Joe Hisaishi I'm sorry if I wasn't of much help but try them out.

It would be a good suggestion if it wasn't such an involved album for listening to. Hmm, to recommend Satriani or not to? Eh, why not? Joe Satriani might suit your needs.
A friend of mine once told me that the Lord Of The Rings soundtrack was great for studying on. I have never tried it myself but I'll throw it out here so you can have a go. No promises though.
