I need help with deviantART!

I keep trying to upload my avatar, but it won't show up.

This is my current avatar:
And this is what i want to change it to:

I click browse, find the right avvy, and click ok, then it goes back to my page and it's still the old one. I've tried it several times, but it's not working!

EDIT: Nvr mind it got fixed.

 

Hmm...on the page anyway, did it say the file was too big? Make sure it's not over 15 KB...if that's not it, just wait. Often, it takes some time to load, but it will get there - that's happened with me before. :)

 

dont worry - it may be too big, ive never been able to upload an avi on there

 

First of all, I think this is in the wrong section. Don't know which one, but, oh well.

Second of all, why not just use the picture's URL instead of uploading it? (Option 1) It never works for me to upload it, so I just use Photobucket for my picture storing needs. :D

I checked the size limit.

It doesn't have multiple options! it only has the upload option...

oh and I couldn't figure out where to put it, so I put it here.

Just input the URL in Option 1 and click Save Changes

So changing the file name before uploading won't work, huh?

Have you asked the FAQ team there? You should check if others had the same problem that's been answered, you'll find the FAQ to your right if you hover the mouse over the list of things you can do.
