    Going without a bra can lessen the effects of age on boobies, actually. When bras are worn, the body becomes less dependent on the muscles surrounding the breasts, relying instead on bras to keep them perky. Without a bra, the muscles are put to work, which can help breasts to sag less later in life. You can go and correct that woman now.
