Chain of Memories I have a question...

After riku was sealed in kingdom hearts,how did he get to castle oblivion...? *confused*

 

It is a confusing thing in that scene. I have wondered the same thing too and surmised that it may have been DiZ or the voice that talked to Sora and perhaps Riku on Destiny Islands when Sora first had to choose what he would do with the Keyblade. (being a warrior, defender, mage thing). I'm pretty sure it was not Ansem (Xehanort's Heartless), so that pretty well only leaves the other two. I'm also fairly sure it was not King Mickey as Riku and he drifted apart and at first when Riku and Mickey do meet again, King Mickey is not really at the castle.

It's been referenced in the game how Riku ended up in Castle Oblivion through a conversation with Organization members in the castles basements. Riku shouldered the darkness, therefore he's able to travel through the Realm of Darkness, and when Sora ended up in Castle Oblivion, Riku's heart simply followed him there. Ansem had a little to do with his appearance there also, but I'm afraid I can't really specify since I don't know.

 

Yeah, I think DiZ may have had a bit to do with it. I'm pretty sure Ansem (Xehanort's Heartless) had nothing really to do with it. The scene opened up that Riku was pretty asleep and woke up and a voice talked to him and he was given a choice to remain in Darkness or to leave and face Ansem and deal with his past so he could move on. Also, yes, it was said somewhere that Riku's connection to Sora made it possible for him to leave since Sora was at the castle.

 

Yeah I'm pretty sure Diz had something to do with it

 

So there goes another mystery...

 

Im sure that DiZ was the one responsable to summon Riku to Castle Oblivion.

Lol I feel the same way, but I admire his/her (pardon my knowlegde) answers and theories.

King Mickey and Riku ended up in the "darkness" (as it looked) but to me the light from Mickey and Sora's keyblades that probably had something to do with it...

 

From what I understood from the manga, it stated that his heart began to "Hover between light and darkness" ... I guess when thats where your heart is you end up in CO.

Well he was sperated from the king and ended up in the place where he was sleeping in. then the voice came out and he woke up and lead him out of the room or place(emptyness) and that is how he ended up in castle ovlivion

 

well it's easy - he went through it again, bcoz it wan't locked properly

I think I exist quite possibly to confuse people's brains. I never talk this much in real life...I don't think. lol

Also, I didn't like the manga much, but that was one of the cooler lines in it, you posted, Prolucrecia. It's one of my favorite lines.
