I am both disturbed and aroused by this statement.

Well maybe it's time I tried again. I just wish I could feel more optimistic about I like a did a year ago.

 

Yes, all staff applications are looked at... by all the staff. Now we can't help it if the applicaton is quickly shot down, but we do take the time to read the answers.

 

yeah....I dont see why you would WANT on staff, its not like its fun or anything lol. people get pissed at you for simply doing your job, and not doing favors, 'friends' get pissy cuz you don't unban them when they ask you too, or don't adhere to their every wish. people think your simply a tool they can use. and VGN, threads like this tell me you are FAR from ready, AND capable of handling being a staff member here.

Agreed. I don't care about the crap people say about me. I just try to do what I'm told.

 

I think that would be the thing that would annoy me the most. People who treated you like dirt before suddenly wanting to be your friend suddenly because of the power you have.

And the things that RVR said. Those could be problems too.

 

never said I wasnt gonna do my job, I was simply saying its not all fun and happy times being on staff, its much nicer to be a normal member sometimes.

 

N' after. I identified quite a lot when i was no longer staff. Some are fairly obvious. They think cause they talk to a staff member they'll gain popularity within the site.
