and I can't move my arm. Dx

last time i got a needle i kicked the doctor very hard in the nuts. it was funny.

You tensed your arm up didn't you?

I know when I had my Hepatitis C shots, I would tense up and my arm would hurt for an hour or two afterwards.

You'll be fine.

 

I haven't gotten the flu shot in 4 years.

Tensing causes the muscle around the area to bruise.

It depends on the individual, but tensing up the arm isn't the cause of the arm hurting after a Hep shot.

The physicians should be telling you not to tense up your arm, anyway.

I never tensed up during m Hep shots, but my arms still hurt for a few hours afterward.
