Kingdom Hearts II I finally got why Axel said this

When you fight Axel in KH2 with DW Roxas and he says "Two?" he says that because in 358 he uses the Kingdom Key, and doesn't use two blades until he fights Riku

 

Hmm I had to read it over a few times but I understand what you mean. I didn't consider that exactly. Good point there.

 

Yup, makes sense now, since Roxas didn't dual weild in the Organization.

Always thought that it was just because Roxas took out two in that fight, but this definetely makes more sense.

 

i had no clue i mean i thought Axel didnt ever see him fight or something

 

The question is where and how did Roxas get/find the keyblades

Even bigger question, why did Roxas switch back to the kingdom key after Axel's fite...(if u try attacking, it's the kingdom key)

I sorta got a hint that would be the case when I first heard him say it, but this clears things up more.

Yeah, good analysis. I figured he was commenting on the two Keyblades too, but yeah, it makes more sense when we see that on the DS game he only has one. I don't even think Roxas knew why he had two, but just went with instinct. Perhaps at the end of DS we will see if he actually acquires them there because he must have kept it a secret from the others. He had them in Deep Dive versus Riku so unless they just showed up there because Riku was there and it showed a connection to Riku (mainly Oblivion), he must have gotten them sometime in DS, I'd think. He didn't seem -surprised- in Deep Dive when he drew them so it makes sense that it's something he may have gotten in 358/2 days.

 

Well here goes my random weird theory....

When Roxas pulls out those Oathkeeper and Oblivion before fighting Axel WHERE did they look like they came from??? (If it did indeed came from out of his backside I'd assume that would hurt a t and he only does it when necesseary)

Well that's a bitout there I guess.... Maybe someone gives Roxas the blades like maybe Mickey???? (now that seems possible in my mind)

 

i think he get the keyblades from his memories.. maybe that related to his past..i mean the oathkeeper and oblivion

He got the Oathkeeper and Oblivion from Sora's memories, actually; the Oathkeeper is Sora's memory of Kairi and their promise, and the Oblivion is memories of Riku from Hallow Bastion.
