I feel like I'm dying.

I dont think its the anxiety disorder causing the lack of air needed because i've had attacks like these too but i'm struggling for air.

It could be both actually.
Anxiety disorder
• heart pain
•small appetite
•dizzines i think you mentioned

Asthma-
•lack of breath needed
Chest pain-possibly not your heart but your lungs

 

What you are describing to me sounds like what I have too.
Everyone says to me that it's anxiety and to be honest I believe it because I always worry about things.
Anyway, see what you can do. I mean a checkup is always good.
