I think the word you' re looking for is algorithm.
I assume "nearest" would translate as a substraction of x y and z coordinates, that of the character minus that of an enemy. Rince and repeat for each enemy , then do a test to compare all the results and determine which enemy is the closest (pick whichever abs(x-xn)+abs(y-yn)+abs(z-zn) turns out to be the lowest).

Well, that formula isn' t exactly the right one, but I' m lazy. I probably bored everyone to death anyway, hopefully you got the idea.

 

You have too much Materia on to defeat Emerald, he has a move that does 1111HP of damage for each piece of materia you have on, so having 9 on a person would ensure their death.[DOUBLEPOST=1365578413][/DOUBLEPOST]
