I don't care HOW much you hate or love DmC

Are you trying to imply that it isn't as simple as getting all the answers right? That's all I did in my high school math classes and found them very easy.

...books are as simple as reading them. Catcher in the Rye is no exception and isn't even that tough of a book to comprehend in my experience. How do you make it more difficult to read.

All my original point was that giant bosses in games rely on simply hit the weakpoints after he does a round of attacks. Some games do it slightly differently but it's all pretty much the same concept.
And what i was trying to inply is that DmC isn't the only game to do this, it's not the first, won't be the last. It feels like your looking for new excuses for people to hate it when really you should be getting pissed at every game that has easy and short boss battles.

 

Or better yet, they could be moving on. I'm sure there's been more than enough butthurt for NT to figure out that this game has given a mixed bag or opinions, ranging from "Great" to "Oh god my butt can't take any more hurt boohoohoo". There comes a point when something becomes too much, and I think we're fast approaching that point.

 

See I would be accepting that this could blow over but Mass Effect 3 is still being brought up as being a terrible game by people over the flawed ending which means almost a year of moaning about it even after ignoring the rest of the games quality and the alternate ending the fans were given.
It showed me that no matter what you do to a game series, people won't shut up about stuff they hate no matter how good tha game can be for other people.

The argument for people liking DmC is:

Do you want me to show you every other boss fight in the game on the hardest difficulty?
Why the hell would I do that when you know full well EXACTLY what you're going to see.
But no, you're just gonna say "B-B-BU-YOU'RE JUST BUTT HUUUUUUUURT! THAT'S NOT ACTUALLY A PROBLEEEEEEM!", you're not even CONSIDER thinking
"Hmm, maybe some people expected a challenge from the hardest difficulty in the game and are a tad dissapointed to see that there's no challenge"

Does that logic make sense to you or do I have to break it down into the simplest terms for you? Action games are usually expected to be fast pace, the faster pace then the more challenging the difficulty in order to adjust your character's movements to the multiple enemies that moving at incredibly fast speeds as well as adjust your combat style to make as much emphasis with a fast pace in generel.
This is what a GOOD action game does.
You can like a BAD action game by all means I know some people who actually like Ninja Gaiden 3 and I don't fault them for it.
But as long as you're aware that there are BLATANT flaws(IE the hardest difficulty for the almost final boss taking chunks of damage) with the game that you're playing then that's alright.
But you're not doing that.
You're plugging your ears and screaming "LALALALALA! NOT A PROBLEM! LALALALALA! BUTTHURT! LALALALA!"
And I keep highlight why it IS a problem
But you DON'T LISTEN TO ME!

Do I hate other ACTION GAMES that are incredibly easy?
Unless there's something incredibly MIND BLOWING about the game that surpasses the need for a challenge then yes I do.
I don't hate Okami for being easy as **** because Okami is not an aciton game, it's an adventure game. It could still use a challenge but it doesn't need it for the most part.
I like SMT games more then most other RPG's because SMT games tend to provide very meaty challenges.
Challenge is a very important part of a game to me.
SO WHEN I SEE THAT CHALLENGE IS NOT IN AN ACTION GAME ON THE HARDEST DIFFICULTY ON THE LAST BOSS(kinda) I'M GOING TO BE QUITE DISSAPOINTED!

But I can name several bosses that can still be challenging EVEN with this concept so DmC has no excuse. Of course you're probably just gonna use a no true scotsmen of me so whatever.

I'm not spouting out "BUT HIS HAIR ISN'T WHITE!" so the LEAST you could do is not spout "BUT EVERYONE HATES IT! SO IT MUST BE GOOD!"

 

Basically, you're over-reacting. Sure, DmC may have flaws, but those are flaws based on each persons different opinions, and I don't really think this much anger and rage over the way a boss fight is done is really needed, unless you're going to go and do it for each and every game ever.

 

State your reasons, sure, but there's no need to be so angrily condescending to everyone who doesn't say it's a bad game.

I've not played the game. I'm stating what i've seen in this video you posted not the whole thing, i never tried to include the rest of it because i can't judge it properly unless i've played it.
So only on this one video you posted i'm saying that the boss fight is easy, repetitive patterned and not a challenge. And that's only from what i've seen not what i've played. I'm not disagreeing with you there.

My point, which you are missing or not taking into account, is that this is mainstream and typical of a giant boss fight in action games. Don't try and blame DmC like they're the only game that does this when i know many other games to do this type of things with giant boss fight enemies, and have done over countless years.

I'm sure DmC has flaws, what i'm saying is that this particular flaw is barely one at all, especially one to get so annoyed over. Otherwise 90% of the action games out there deserve to have their own threads made and ranted about how terrible of a game they are.

Of course other games do it.
There are TONS of **** games out there that do ****** things.
Why in the name of Jesus in his almighty heaven would I name EACH AND EVERY GAME THAT DOES THIS WHEN I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT THOSE GAMES IN PARTICULAR?
Do other games deserve to be called out for ****? Of course they do.
But I don't WANT to right now because I'm not TALKING about those games I'm TALKING about DmC.
If someone says "Back to the Future had some cool looking cars" you don't go "WELL SO DOES TEN MILLION OTHER MOVIES! WHY DON'T YOU TALK ABOUT THOSE!?".

Action game = fast paced
fast paced = lots of quick on their toes enemies
quick on toes enemies = quick on toes reactions
quick on toes reactions = difficulty
DmC = none of the above

If lack of challenge in an action game on the hardest difficulty does not constitute as a major flaw to you then I have to wonder what exactly you consider a flaw.
Hell I already listed the flaws with the game on the FIRST PAGE.
Why don't you try reading those and then coming back to tell me that "there not actually flaws".
