You're title brought me here... And it's amazing =] Though... The little lighter box stands out a bit too much, make it more... Blendy-in-a-bit. It's sort of annoying me slightly, but other than that, it's good ^^

ok, this is why it is bad

1) it's code gayass
2) what's with that background it's just lines and more lines that are pink and purple
3) what the **** border
4) lq stock (stock sucks btw)
5) code gayass

 

The person in the sig looks a bit blurry, but that's what makes it looks so good! Well done.

I suggest that you lose the border, it doesnt look right with the sig and IMO i think this looks a bit unfinished. Try adding some pen toon lines and some smuding around the render itself and you may not think it but the render does look a bit blurry. Download some vector brushes and read some tutorials as well.

 

Try to mix different colours. Looks unfinished add more brush tool effects. I like it though :D

GIMP has a pen tool.
It's called "paths".
