I'm not defending his actions, I'm defending him as a person.

Here's the thing: Using him urinating in the mop bucket (if it's true) as an example, so what? Yes, it is a health code violation, but it's not like he's the only one that's done it. He's still just a person like the rest of us, he's just well-known. If a regular (non-famous) person, kid, teenager or young adult, but more the last two (someone like me), had urinated in a restaurant kitchen's mop bucket, it would be nothing more than a slap on the wrist (grounding / juvenile jail / jail), but because Justin Bieber is famous it causes an uproar. The same goes for any famous person -- if they do something bad, it causes an uproar.

As I said, though, he's still only a person like us despite being well-known: He gets cranky, he insults people, he has bad days, he has good days, he gives people a 'tude sometimes, etc. just like any of us. This is what people are failing to realize.

Okay, so he's "just another guy," but that's no excuse for his being rude, disprespectful and all around ****** as a human being. He's famous, and his fans know who he is, so he should be acting more like an upstanding citizen than any other average joe who wants to piss in a mop bucket.

I can say that, famous or not, each and every one of his aforementioned actions is awful. There is no excuse for anyone to do any of this.

Oh, so just because he's a human being excuses him from flagrantly disregarding rules and policies that are in place for a reason? If you knew that someone had urinated in a restaurant kitchen, would you want to eat there? Like if you knew one of the workers had taken a bath in the sink that washed the dishes you are eating off of. Would that affect your experience?

It would be like someone going into the local grocery store, deciding they have to go to the bathroom and just goes right there in the cereal aisle. [Part of the reason I don't like dressing rooms in stores is because a lot of people mistake/use them for bathrooms.] Someone has to clean that mess up. Someone no doubt working minimum wage and making less in a year than Bieber does for one performance.

I know if he came into my place of business and pulled that behavior, I wouldn't just give him a slap on the wrist. I would make him clean up his mess.

Just because he is famous does not excuse him from his behavior. He has no respect for the people around him. He has no respect for his fans. Has has no respect for hard working people as evidenced by his behavior. He is going to be 20 years old pretty soon.

He is in the public eye and has dozens of fans that look up to him. Hundreds of young people who are impressionable and will seek to emulate his behavior. I know famous people do stupid things all the time but when you have people who see you as a role model, you better realize that. And right now, as a role model, he is doing a pretty piss poor job.

When you are famous, you have people watching you. I'm not saying they have to be a model citizen but they should at least be civil. Yes, I understand people have their off days but if he just owned up to what he has done. Even something as simple as 'I messed up and I'm sorry' and he MEANT IT. I would be okay. But he gives off the impression that just because he is famous that he is better than everyone.

I never said it excused it. He should still be held accountable for any bad actions he makes, I'm just saying that if someone like me were to urinate in a mop bucket, I'd get nothing more than a slap on the wrist, and if I got caught, I'd get a ticket or get a ticket and maybe go to jail for a day. However, if anyone that's famous (Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga, etc.) does something like that, it causes an uproar and insults start being thrown around.

This is what's really getting to me. Give him a ticket, send him to court or whatever. People are just wasting their energy insulting him and whatever else when they could be putting that energy into something more useful.

I'm not saying this what you guys are doing, I'm just talking about people in general.

I didn't mean "so what" as in brush it off because it's okay (it's not), I meant "so what" as in "like he's the only one that's done it."

Like I said, just give the guy a ticket or something for public urination; don't turn it into something bigger than it needs to be (insults).

But that's just it: that's already inexcusable, and it'd probably end up on the news even if some random guy went and did it. It's not exactly commonplace for someone to piss in a mop bucket anyway, but the fact that he's done that on top of some other atrocious things makes him seem like a huge douchebag.

This is true. If I urinated in a public restaurant's mop bucket, I would probably make the news. I can't speak for Justin, but let's say I found it funny at the time, but then regretted it. On top of already being embarrassed, I don't think I'd want people to make rude comments that would really hurt me.

I guess this is also where I differ from others. I don't hold past incidences against people. I go on an incident by incident basis. If I used to be a thief, but completely turned my life around, if someone lost something at a place I was staying at and they knew I turned my life around, but accused me instantly, I wouldn't like that.

In Justin's case, if he spit on someone (and I still don't know if those accusations are true or not), if I were a "hater," I wouldn't go, "Oh, great. First public urination and now spitting on someone?" I would probably go something like, "Oh, hey. Justin spit on someone." I would notice that he made the news again, but I wouldn't use that against him.

Hope I explained things clearly. This is just how I feel when it comes to any celebrity and things become bigger than need be.

Justin Beiber is a ******bag and I'm glad his little punk ass is retiring soon. We don't need celebrities like him going around.

People hate him, and it's justified. Not everyone is as forgiving as you seem to be, Amaury. Even if you don't like that we dislike him, that's just the way it goes.

I never said people couldn't dislike / hate him, but that doesn't mean it's okay to throw every insult people can think of at him.

It's not as if him retiring will mean he's out of the public eye. We're still going to hear about him, he just won't be making music.

You do realize him retiring was a joke, right? He even confirmed it himself. As someone here, I don't remember who, mentioned, it was to get more sales.

That I will admit wasn't a very funny joke -- save it for April Fools' Day, at least. However, in my opinion, I still don't think that's a good enough reason to dislike him.

I mean, if you and I, Roxam, lived in the same town and were really good friends, and on April Fools' Day I said I was moving away, but later revealed it was a joke, would you dislike me?

That wasn't the point I was making. I don't know why you're telling me this, especially considering I already said I try to distance myself from Hollywood gossip anyway. But yes, I do.

Also, there's this little bit and it shows why I hate this guy:

So yeah. There's just a FEW of the many justifications as to why people hate him. I will admit, his music isn't as bad as before, but it seems he switched that for a terrible personality.
