Dragon- Dodge Fire and have donald and goofy hit her until her hp is low then go in !Thats wat i did lol!
Human- (are you kidding)ok nvm beat the platform and get her

After all these comments you better be able to beat her !or you got some real prob.dude

 

hmm if she is in her dragon mode summon tinker bell she is alot of help she heals you and if she is gone recast until u defeat her

I'm not an expert, but Tinker Bell help as well as hiding in the tree like things and letting donald and goofy do the work until they pass out
