Well I generally consider it like this: If the person placed a topic that could fit somewhere else in the Spam Zone, they either don't want people to take it seriously, don't care what happens to it, or want more views. Either way, if they wanted the benefits that you receive from the other sections (i.e. post increase & people constructively respond) they would have put the topic there. ... uh yeah.
I think KH-related threads have been moved to their appropriate sections before. After all, that's about the only point of discussion that doesn't belong here.
