Ozzy, realizing how better he could be with Vash's glasses whilst traveling forward in time to ogle Japanese anime, decided to find Vash's home planet by traveling around the galaxy. He was fit in a titanium suit to resist the pressure, but on the way the suit's processing went haywire after going through a magnetic field. Only a week after he landed on the desert planet, he destroyed the city of July. The people of the planet, naive as they are, decided to blame a local seven-foot village idiot named Vash. There are hints of it in the song Iron Man. Listen closely.
