I don't care if it's Western, Eastern, anime, cartoons, 2D, CGI, or anything else. I don't care if it has a good story. I don't care if it has good plot. I don't care if it's two days old or 100 years old. I don't care about anything but how mautiful the animation style is. I don't even care if it's pornographic (but please recommend those via PM because of the site's rules). The Animators Expo has spoiled me and I want more. Give me all you've got.

Seen it, though I just realized how much I want to see Studio Mir in the Animators Expo. Does anyone know whether it's exclusive to Japanese studios?

I love Over the Garden Wall. It's about time for me to give it a rewatch.

I have that downloaded and was going to watch it to help me stay awake at Ohayocon but my friend wanted to watch Summer Wars instead. It was actually third time watching that but it was still just as awesome as the first. Anyway, I'll definitely watch The Girl Who Leapt Through Time sometime soon.

Never heard of it, will take a look.

I have been meaning to watch Grave of the Fireflies.

Seen it, didn't care for it, but the animation was amazing. Will rewatch.

I've been meaning to watch that. I'll try to find it.

Keep in mind these were all chosen based on animation quality be it effects, choreography, movement or expression. The overall enjoyment of said shows/movies is up to you.

    Would also recommend.

And then cry because it ends on a cliffhanger with no second season.

    I'd also recommend:

    Young Justice
Gargoyles ( An oldie but a goodie. Don't bother with the 3rd season. Weisman and his writing staff were fired and replaced. )
    Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust
ZOIDS ( would personally recommend Chaotic Century and New Centry: ZERO. It's a bit jarring at first because the titular mechas are in CGI and everything else is traditional animated. )

Haven't really watched much in the terms of animation these days. Kind of watching Ultimate: Spiderman just for something to watch when I'm bored. And then only the episodes with Taskmaster.

I'd also like to throw in Bakemonogatari in there. It's very atmospheric and slow-paced for a good portion of the show, but the animation for the action scenes are almost always on point. Especially the blu-ray versions of it.

Samurai Champloo goes without saying, I suppose.

This isn't even a joke, when they break out the big budget, they break it out HARD.

There's a recent episode of Adventure Time that was done by a guest animator, Food Chain, that was really interesting.
