Kingdom Hearts II I am confused ...

In the new vids, Saix says that, "Axel could't stand living without a heart. And was destroyed by getting close to one."

"One" means Axel's own heart (though he does not have) or Roxas's???

And also when Xemnas says that, "Axel touched Sora's heart. When he was with Sora, perhaps he awakened too..."

What will it probably mean by "awakened"??? Because in another cutscene, Axel talks to Roxas and says that, "Finally woken up" and "...maybe you're goin to sleep".
I am so confused about what it will mean

 

Well, when he said "by getting close to one," The one is Sora's, not Axel's or Roxas'. Also, I'm not sure how to answer the last one, but I think the awakening thing means how Roxas fought Sora at the Memory's Skyscraper.

 

The heart Axel got close to was soras seeing as he sacreficed himself for him.
When Xemnas speaks he refers to Axel as in "maybe he got a heart" kind of way.
When Axel talks to Roxas with "Finally woken up" he means that after Diz erased Roxas' memories of his life outside of the duplicated twilight town, he got them back.
And finally Axel tells Roxas that he may just be sleeping because they don't know what happens to a nobody when he goes back to his original self.

at the mean time, both Axel and Roxas have already disappeared??
so how can it happen ? the conversation

That was in Twilight Town, right before you start playing as Sora. Axel and Roxas hadn't disappeared yet, so they could talk.

 

Upon my understanding, I have to disagree with you
I don't see any possibility is there that Axel can have talked with Roxas at the Clock Tower, remember how Axel appeared straight after Roxas regained his memory in the Computer Room, and then Axel left and Roxas went to see Sora ... as well as that this new scene is unlocked after Sora arriving in the World that never was

Do I make any mistake ?

 

I'm pretty sure that Axl says something like "pretty soon I won't be able to just talk to your concsiousness anymore" which means that Roxas was talking to Axel from inside Sora. Pretty confusing, kinda why I HATE ROXAS.

 

YouSheng you are right there is no way that conversation could of happened unless it happened even before Roxas left the org...

and soon after Roxas left the org., his memory was washed by Diz and regained back not until just before the last fight with Axel,,,
