Kingdom Hearts II I am confused about what Sora said

In the beginning of KH2, Sora says, "Me you guys, Riku and the king." Blarg blarg, you know the rest.

But he eventually says, "With the five of us, i mean, six of us... "

WHERE'S HE GETTING THE SIXTH PERSON? He shouldn't be counting Kiari if that's who it is.

 

Roxas must've made him say that.

 

What specific part of the game is this? Maybe he's counting Jiminy for some reason?

 

Its in two different spots.

One, Roxas makes him say that, the next time Kairi has a weapon, she becomes the 6th person.

I mostly think he was also counting Jiminy Cricket..
if not, Roxas is a good second option...

Jiminy was not useful.. and barely came in the any of the games, plus he can't fight. I seriously doubt it was Jiminy. I still believe it was Roxas.​

She doesn't even do much. She is, however, a logical 3rd option, if you know where the hell I'm talking about....

Kairi couldn't fight well either, so that doesn't matter too much.​

 

I'll just say it was Roxas then.

It's really weird though, my first time playing the game i thought nothing of it, but now it's rattling my brain cuz i don't know who he's truely talking about.

Hell for all we know he could mean Xion... but then that'd be weird.

And to clarify: It's when Sora goes and gets his new duds.

 

I'm still gonna say Jiminy, because he chronicles all that they do. You don't have to be a fighter to be a part of a team.

 

Actually it was when he came out of the capsel after his 1 year sleep.


And yeah i think it was roxas.

 

I don't think it could have been Roxas because Sora wasn't aware of him. Yes, I realize it could have been an unconcious reaction to him, but Jiminy was there so that seems more logical than him hinting towards Roxas helping them.

 

The second time he says it, Kairi already fought.

 

Yes, it's AFTER he gets out of the pod, then goes to the tower with Yen Sid ('s nobody), and get's new clothes.

Actually now i'll stick with Jiminey, as he does cronicle the adventures of the goofs.

 

And if I recall correctly, Jiminy does say something or make an appearance while you're in Yen Sid's tower.

 

Definately Jiminy. I think he deserves his own spin off game after all his hard chronicling.

 

It was not Roxas! Everyone seems to have this mentality that Roxas was more important than he was just because of the whole Ventus thing. It was Jiminy.

 

Yep. Sora wasn't even aware of Roxas's existance, he must've meant Jiminy.

 

I think it's a kind of subconcious reaction to Roxas still lingering. After all, he says six pretty soon after he was merged with Roxas.

 

Maybe Jiminy, that's my best guess.
