hm i've never seen them as high heel feet ever from what i can remember off the top of my head, the zeta line is the only one with high heel feet like that. and they lend themselves much better to a transformed state than something like wing gundam which looks likes it's stretching its toes

00 does nothing for me. i can't say that I dislike the individual designs because i care so little. i do have some basic premise and conceptual problems with them though. they're too sleek and shiny. like bringing a super car to a tank fight. and super saiyan gundams are the dumbest thing, especially in a series that's so gratuitously post-9/11. season 1's designs are odd, while season 2 is more of what I take issue with, so I can't decide which I prefer. arios and kyrios are pretty sweet though. and reborns is cool in video games. thinking about it, the majority of my problems with 00 come from the suits themselves (not including the HRL grunts) being the closest thing gundam has gotten to the super robot genre outside of G, which is literally just that. aside from early, early UC, gundam's have never been the most plausible things scientifically, but they were grounded in fictional science that lent itself to realism. (I'm okay with later UC because there's a clear progression of the science happening.) 00's just fantasy. it's no more science-fiction than Star Wars, even if you try to explain the preposterous gn particle. which is not to say that it's not a fun show to watch, it's just not for me.
gn particles? its been a long time since i've seen 00 but i don't remember that being part of gn tech. innovators or whatever they were called, sure. but i don't really have a problem with the ideas surrounding innovators aside from them essentially being a copy/paste of newtype.
