I just think its better that it didnt happen. Why would we wanna change something that already happened, and screw up the future?

    I believe its impossible.
    For one, the paradox:
A guy's wife gets hit by a car, he invents a time machine to save her. He pushes her out the way of the car but has a heart attack and dies. He goes back again and saves her in a less dramatic way. She gets shot in a drive by.
Why? if he saves her in the past, then he would have no reason to build a time machine. which means he won't go back in time to save her.

My favorite example is: I go back in time. I meet my grandfather by pure luck (or not). I end up killing him by accident.
So i never existed right? If i never existed how did i go back and kill him?

Unless u can go back intime to kill Hitler and the EXACT MOMENT u go back, you make a parallel timeline/dimension different from the one you left. So you're own timeline would never be affected but you unknowningly invented a different dimension that would go on where Hitler would never succeeded.
Which in turn would mean countless dimensions would be made by time travel

It's not in practicality (because the Earth moves, even it's orbit, and you would end up in space if you tried, and even if you did it to the exact time, you would still be off by quite a few miles, and not always exactly to the circumfrence on the Earth) and it would be quite useless to try to change the past, as all the conquences of your actions were already being felt in your time. Therefore, it would be impossible to go back and stop Hiltler, because Hiltler survived until 1945. You would fail, because history already said you had failed, because he survived until 1945. Therefore, it is pointless to try so. You could, however, change the future. Interesting paradox, isn't it. ^_^

The only real time travaling is done through a black hole as anything that is sucked through is torn from time and space. I think I remembered that right.
