Hybrid

"SO then I was right I suppose" he said, as he turned his attention to Jessie. "Are you ok?" he asked her

 

" Uh, yeah." She said softly.

 

"Ummm, my apologies" he said as he sort of bowed to her, and then he looked at the two of them. "Ummm, are you anouther one of these "girls" which I hear so much about?" he asked the new comer on the roof

 

" Why are you sorry, you just saved my life." Jessie said.

 

"Well, it appears that I have dragged you into something that you should not be involved in. It has only been a few hours out here in this place, and already I have caused to much to her" he said.


He then turned to the newcomer that was also on the roof. "What is your name if you don't mind my asking?"

 

"You can call me Yuri."

 

"Yuri, I'm sorry, but could you please watch her?" he asked her, and then turned to Jessie. "Please stay up here for the moment." he said, as he approached the edge, turned around, and then waved to them both with a smile as he jumped backwards, and started falling. WHen he came close to the ground though, he landed on a car, smashing the hood into the ground, and then jumped off of it, pushing it back into anouther car, making much longer leaps then he had when he was carrying Jessie, crushing every car that he had stepped on, heading back to where he left Blade to hold them off. He cursed, wishing he had use of his right arm

 

Jessie just stood there.

 

Blade was not too far from where he fought. He was very tired and he kept on walking until he kneeled down on on knee and tried to rest a bit

"Who was he?"

 

Already, Eric could see Blade in sight. "You alrite?" he called out to him, as he approached

 

Blade looked up to see Eric "yea just a bit tired" Blade said

 

"To tired to run?" he asked

 

" I'm not really sure myself." Jessie said.

 

Rik lay on the roof of the building. He grabbed his radio and pulled it to his mouth and pressed down on the talk button, "I lost two targets and a witness" he said before letting his arm folp back down on the roof.

 

"Here, cmon" he said as he edged himself under Blade and, as hard as it was with only one hand, placed his arm over his shoulder anyways, as he grasped him around the waste. "Not for nothen, but you shouldn't be moving anyways" he said as he started moving quickly towards the building that he had been on top of before, though this time, taking a different route to get their. He kept watch up top the building, making certain that nothing happend up their, since the other oracle up thier could always turn on them, in his mind


"Why did you hesitate?" the boy asked Rik, still standing by him.

 

"Do you trust him?" Yuri asked Jessie

 

"I let his weakness get to my head, kid" Rik said sitting up then standing up, "I'm guessing your here to assess them?"

 

"I am simply here in order to handle the problem, and I am to deal with the hybrids" the bou said emotionlessly. He seemed around the age of 11, so he was pretty young, but just mature enough to handle the operation in the first place

 

"Whats your name shrimp?" Rik asked arrogantly like always.
