I saw the movie a couple of days ago, and I actually really enjoyed it. Honestly it's the first movie in quite a while that's had me hanging for the next one to be released ASAP. Cannot wait, and i'm certainly going to start reading the books now. This movie made me a fan of the series, it got me.

Catching Fire might be the most faithful adaption to a book I've ever seen. And I'm almost ashamed to admit the amount of tears shed while watching it... And Mockinjay is going to be so much worse

I've just finished reading all three books. I enjoyed them even if they weren't the greatest (though to be fair, my heart is still in pieces over Harry Potter). I watched the first movie and was upset with the change of how Katniss receives & wears the pin, and overall felt it was rather dull and poorly done. I'm hearing such fantastic things about Catching Fire that I'm actually quite excited to see it, I'm not sure if I liked it over the first book (they're both about equal in my eyes), but I'm always a fan of the middle of a series (the 'everything goes to hell' chapter).

Saw Catching Fire a few weeks ago. It was good. Nothing amazing, but definitely nothing bad.

Peculiar thing is, I could pretty much predict what was going to happen next everytime a plot twist was going to occur, so none of what happened surprised me, and I've never read the books.

Still, much better than the first film. Just wish Katniss was more interesting, cause I love when Jennifer Lawrence gets to show her personality.

Catching Fire was my favorite book out of the trilogy so I had some expectations even though I read it a long time before the movie. I'm probably just someone who is easily impressed or amazed but I really really enjoyed the adaption.

I was suddenly brought back to the book as if I read it a couple hours before. I appreciated how closely they worked with the book and how the littlest details like how katniss' expression would sometimes be for a second and other subtle things that reminded me of all the feels I had in the book and ho2 everything ultimately worked out.

It's not something I would see again unnless I had a chance and I don't need to pay for it lol or it was on tv but still great film!!!

I've only seen Catching Fire and I'm forever lost. I wasn't crazy about it.

Sadly enough I need to see catching fire, I've read all the books and honestly the term the films are never as good as the books Is always true, but the thing is, what would have made the movies great was if Katniss was narrating her feelings in certain scenes as the books are read from the perspective of Katniss not from the author or anyone else just first person dialect, the first movie would have been perfect if it had brought this into the movie series
