Hundreds Of Panties Found On Ohio Road

How would a couple of teenagers get a hold of 1700 panties, some worn and some not?

This is pretty weird, but also amusing, I hope that they find out more about this case, it interests me.

 

Well, as long as it isn't really doing any harm it's fine. Although, it's still bizarre, there has to be some insentive behind it. If it's a practical joke then what is the joke? Is it just to see people's reactions upon seeing the scene? If it was a party then there must have been alot of people to have that many pairs of pants. It's possible that it was the result of a large party who stole some from a shop and then thought it would be funny to take off their own pants in a drunken state and leave them on the road along with the ones they stole.

Also, who counted the 1700 pairs? O.o
