    I have a feeling these pins are not quite as special as people make them out to be. Sort of like a certain usergroup of the forum.

    Hmm...They don't really have any value. Except as collectables. In the future, there may be ways in which to employ their use. But we kinda didn't want to turn it into some currency thing, and try to stray away from turning it into a competition(except in contest, where you can constantly compete to get pins, anyhow)

    There are exceptions, of course.

    This is what I was going for. I was drawing comparisons between the pins and Premium ship. I don't know if it's such a big deal these days but it was back in the day. Course talking about premium will lead to things that I'm not at liberty to discuss and the cybernetic walls of the internet have ears.
