Well all it looks like you did was copypaste Aqua, Ven and Terra onto another image and slap on some black text which makes it hard to read. What program do you use? Because searching up tutorials will do wonders.
Okay, let's see... This tag isn't very good. I'll try to be as straightforward as I can. First off, the stocks. Why do they look so blurry? Why are there three images? Now, these images are pretty much the kind of images you don't want to use in a tag. Why? Well, it's simple their quality is lacking in this tag, their flow isn't very flow-y(they are just standing) and you've got far too many focal points(which is where the eyes should immediately go to) Next up we have the background. It doesn't fit with the text and it doesn't blend with the focal. It's just sparks and glitter, but no real thought into how it would work with the images, or how it should blend in the overall composition. The text is just plain bad. Text is another thing you need to blend with the overall composition of the tag. I mean, you need to make it fit, and complement the tag. I started out with GIMP, and we all start out pretty bad. I was pretty horrid at this too. And believe or not, Misty was, too. And everyone has to go through practice and tutorials. Learning methods of doing things and what not.
