do u import video clips into vegas movie studio with out making it go in with the music

If it's importing just the audio, you're using .avi files that aren't compatible for lack of a correct plugin. Try converting them to .wmv via Windows Movie Maker.

If it's deleting the clips with the audio when you select the audio, hit the "U" key first to ungroup the video and audio, select the audio and try again.

If niether of those are your problem, can you explain what it does, exactly?
